Main Hall (14m x 7.5m)

Seats up to 120 people in close seating, 75 at tables, 90 for dancing with some tables and chairs.

 

The main hall has a stage (8m x 4m), a 3m wide projection screen and a surround sound system.  The kitchen (4m x 3m) has a range cooker with two ovens, large fridge/freezer, microwave, urn, large kettle, crockery and cutlery.

 

Hiring rates - these rates are indicative

The hiring period should include setting up and clearing away.
Monday to Friday             9.00am –   5.00pm           £15 per hour

Monday to Thursday        5.00pm – 11.30pm           £15 per hour

Friday                               5.00pm - 11.30pm           £ 20 per hour

Saturday                           9.00am –   4.00pm           £15 per hour

Saturday                           4.00pm – 12.00am           £20 per hour

Sunday                             9.00am – 12.00am           £15 per hour

Children's parties             3 hours minimum £50      Each additional hour £15

All Day (Main Hall, kitchen & toilets) £200

Licenced Bar
A bar may be available for your parties and arrangements can be made by contacting Kirsty Beckley of Grays on 01892 723303. A charge will be made for providing a bar, to include staffing costs and licencing fees. 

Meeting Room – seats up to 24 people

The Meeting Room has seating at tables, a large plasma screen television for presentations, whiteboard, DVD player and wi-fi.

Weekday rates                £5 an hour

Weekend rates                £7 an hour
 

Recreation Ground ​

• The field would normally only be available at weekends.

• All times should include setting up and clearing away.

• All rubbish must be taken away from the premises.

• There is an additional charge for electricity.

• The hirer must guarantee to be responsible for pay for any damage or repairs caused during the booking

• The hirer must provide evidence of insurance cover for the event.

 

For groups of less than 50 people (field, parking, toilets)  

£20 an hour

For groups of 50 people or more (field, parking, toilets)

Morning or afternoon session £25 an hour (minimum of three hours)

Evening session £30 an hour (after 5pm; minimum of four hours)

 

Day rate (9am to 11pm): £300

The Main Hall needs to be booked separately.

Licence conditions on the Recreation Ground
Live and recorded music must finish at 23.00, with a reduced level of volume from 22.00.
